I’ve spent most of these years working on process enhancements in one form or another, whether through implementing scaled agile solutions, reducing fraud, risk management, coaching teams and creating dynamic systems. Having worked on various projects in both small business and enterprise-level systems, I can help you transform your digital portfolio, and save both time and money. While Agile is my specialty, I have worked with Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall solutions as well, meaning you aren’t limited to a single model when I present your options.

Agile Transformation
Scaled Agile has been my bread and butter for several years. I’ve led transformation efforts, taking a team of 2 developers to a fully functional agile portfolio with multiple scrum teams and release trains. “Work smarter not harder” isn’t just a mantra, it’s a way of life for me, and I’ll make sure your teams have that same experience.
